Available rooms include room with one double-bed for $199 USD per night or $150 USD per person per night for a shared room with two (2) twin beds.  Rates include breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, in addition to gratuities for bell staff and housekeeping and unlimited use of the fitness center. 

Check-in is at 3:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM.  Reservations made after September 1 are on a space and rate available basis only.  No reservations confirmations will be sent in writing.  Rooms are available at $101 USD for three days prior and three days following the meeting; this includes no food service or taxes.

Cancellation
Send your request in writing via fax to 1-972-566-3850, email to info@cleft2008icpf.org or via mail by September 1.  There will be a $50 USD fee withheld from your registration ($25 USD for residents) to cover processing fees.
